Meet the World Finalist that will represent South East Europe in WCM 2025
Chef Marinel Bejan demonstrated more than technical skill! His creativity and designs led him to be selected as the World Finalist during the National Selection of South East Europe.
In each of his assignments, he expressed the "Play!" theme by combining contrasting ingredients to achieve ultimate harmony in flavour and texture. Today, the next chapter of his career begins: a World Finalist who will represent South East Europe in the WCM World Final 2025.
